Welcome to the Velora Home Care team!

We're excited to have you join an organization dedicated to providing compassionate, dependable, and person-centered home care throughout Pennsylvania.

This orientation is designed to prepare you for success in your role as a caregiver. It introduces you to our Mission, Vision, Core Values, company policies, and the professional standards expected of every Velora Home Care employee.

• Observation, reporting, and documentation

• Caring for clients living with dementia

• Abuse prevention and mandatory reporting

• Using the WellSky Mobile App and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

• Emergency response and incident reporting

• Attendance, communication, and professional expectations

• Ongoing training and professional development
