Getting started with Mobile App:

The Caregiver Mobile App was created to allow caregivers access on the go. The app is available on both Android and iOS and has many easy to use and convenient features. Caregivers are able to access their shift calendars, directions to the client's home, tasks assigned for each shift, and client assessments.

Telephony

Caregivers can clock in and out of their shifts by calling into your agency's designated WellSky® Personal Care Telephony phone number. Caregivers are also able to mark any tasks assigned for their shift as complete/incomplete, record mileage, and leave general comments.
