During Winter Storm, to ensure your safety and the continuity of care for our clients is our top priority. In anticipation of potential power outages or network disruptions, we want to remind you of important steps you can take to continue your daily operations in providing care for our clients:

• Caregivers can clock in and review shifts by using the Telephony system.

Getting Started With Telephony o To view the above article, you must be logged into the Client Resource Center. In the upper right corner of WellSky Personal Care, hover your mouse over “Client Resource Center” found in the corner, then click "Consult Our Community.”

• We recommend running and printing the following reports so that you have key caregiver, client, and schedule information available:

o A custom caregiver report that includes personal and emergency contact information

o A custom client report that includes client and client emergency contact information

o A custom shifts by client report that includes all upcoming shift information
